    Who are we?

    ServiceWorks is a service consulting and training firm. We are experienced practitioners in Service Excellence, and are now a team of people passionate to share our knowledge and experiences. We value integrity at work and high business ethnic.

    The spirit of Love is our core foundation in which individuals and organisations live and work together for the common good. We consider it our role to build a more gracious society. To groom the next generation of service practitioners.

    ASSOCIATES & TRAINERS

    ServiceWorks has more than 30 associates and trainers who where all well established practitioners; each specialized in their own fields of training, human resource management and development, service management and business operations.

    FOUNDER

    Driven by a deep passion and belief in Service Excellence, Stella Lim compiled a track record of more than 15 years of consultation and workshops for senior management with diverse cultural backgrounds from USA, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong. She was a key mover in the beginnings of Service Improvement initiatives of STB, SPRING and the Service Excellence WSQ SE framework of WDA. She founded ServiceWorks in 2002 to fulfill her vision to create a world where people serve one another with love.

    Achievements

      Improved Service Standards

      We have developed and implemented service standards for industries such as tourism, travel, retail, healthcare, hospitality, spa and wellness . All showed at least 20% improvement in the service performance and customer satisfaction

      Helped More than 200 clients attain Service Accreditation and Certification

      We helped more than 200 clients improve service, attained service accreditation and certifications in Singapore, such as the Service Class Certification and CaseTrust Accreditations

      Trained more than 10,000 number of participants.

      We conducted talks, Seminars and workshops for CEO, Senior executives, Managers, supervisors and all levels of staff both in Singapore, China, Hongkong, Indonesia and Malaysia

      We Groom and Certify Consultants

      ServiceWorks has been the breeding ground for budding consultants to grow. More than ten consultants with ServiceWorks were sponsored and certified as PMC (Practicing Management Consultant) within 2 years when PMC certification was introduced in Singapore.

    Credentials & Qualifications

      Approved Training Organisation by SSG

      We provide WSQ and non WSQ Training programs under SSG. We are also one of the pioneering companies to develop WSQ Service Excellence programs with WDA (Workforce Development Agency)

      Certified Consultants & Trainers

      Our consultants are PMC (Practicing Management consultant) certified. Our trainers has ACTA (Advanced certificate in Training and Assessment) and/or Degree holder in Training and development.

      Approved Provider for EDG by Enterprise Singapore.

      Our firm is approved by Enterprise Singapore to provide consultancy services that are funded by the government, such as the Enterprise Development Grant or EDG (previously known as CDG - Capability Development Grant)

      Appointed Consultants for CaseTrust Accreditation

      Serviceworks is approved and appointed by Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) to provide Consultancy Service in CaseTrust Accreditation.
