Our Story
ASSOCIATES & TRAINERS
ServiceWorks has more than 30 associates and trainers who where all well established practitioners; each specialized in their own fields of training, human resource management and development, service management and business operations.


FOUNDER
Driven by a deep passion and belief in Service Excellence, Stella Lim compiled a track record of more than 15 years of consultation and workshops for senior management with diverse cultural backgrounds from USA, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong. She was a key mover in the beginnings of Service Improvement initiatives of STB, SPRING and the Service Excellence WSQ SE framework of WDA. She founded ServiceWorks in 2002 to fulfill her vision to create a world where people serve one another with love.
